Ten years after Pokemon: Sun and Moon

Ash looked at himself in the mirror and straightened out his tie and touched up his own hair. His longtime friend Brock came in wearing a tuxedo similar to the one Ash was wearing. "You ready for this?" Brock started.
Ash took a deep breath and said "Yup."
Brock looked at him curiously and said "I don't remember you being this nervous when you first competed in a League for the first time."
Ash replied "Well... I don't know. I guess I'm afraid I'll mess up somehow."
"Ash, I've seen you two together. You really seem to click, and she loves you more than anything. You won't mess this up."
Ash smiled and said "Thanks, Brock." He took another deep breath and looked to the side and said "Ready, Raichu?"
A Raichu stepped through the doorway and said "Rai!"
Years back, Ash's Pikachu had finally evolved. Ash had been worried that Pikachu was gone, but the Raichu that emerged had the same attitude, same loyalty, same memories, even the same love for ketchup. Asking Professor Oak how this was so, Ash found out that it's only in very rare cases that Pokemon turn out differently when they evolve. And even then they can still return to their former state of mind. So this may have been a Raichu, but inside he was still the same cute and lovable Pikachu.

Brock and Raichu escorted Ash to the stage. Ash looked out at the crowd and saw so many familiar faces. His mother Delia, Misty, Tracy, May, Max, Dawn, Iris, Cilan, Alexa, Clemont, Lillie, Mallow, Lana, Sophocles, Kiawe, and many others. Raichu looked out and saw that many of the Pokemon they had come across were there too. His best friend Piplup, Wynaut, Blaziken, Dedenne, the Pichu brothers, and others. Brock looked out too. He saw a few familiar faces too, but instantly got distracted by the local Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny that were attending.
Two more people stepped onto the stage. First was Bonnie. The fifteen-year-old maid of honor smiled ecstatically as she stood on the left side of the stage while Brock took his place as best man to the right. The second was Professor Oak. The recently ordained elderly gentleman stood at the middle behind Ash.
Peaceful organ music played as the bride entered and started down the aisle. Covered in white cloth and holding a bouquet, she looked up, revealing her honey blonde hair, shy smile, and red cheeks as she blushed. Ash couldn't believe this was actually happening. He was really marrying the love of his life.
Serena couldn't believe she was marrying Ash either.

After they read their vows and Professor Oak pronounced them husband and wife, Ash and Serena kissed once again, eliciting an explosion of cheers from the audience.
A celebration dance followed. Ash was introducing everybody to each other, since not everybody he had encountered was familiar with each other. He found Dawn, who had also organized the wedding. "Hey!" she said, clapping her hand on his arm. "You did it!"
Ash laughed and said "Yeah." he looked over at Serena, who was introducing herself to Cilan and Iris. "I'm pretty lucky."
Dawn said "I totally called it!"
     "What, me and Serena?"
"Yeah. You were so caring for her, and she was totally nuts for you. You two are a perfect fit."
"Oh, by the way, thank you for setting all this up."
"My pleasure. You're my man!" She smiled and raised her hand up. He smiled back and high-fived her.

People were intrigued by the way the snack table was built so that the snacks in the little bowls were automatically refilled. Clemont was watching people's approval of his latest invention. He smiled and said under his breath "The future is now thanks to science!" But then the refiller for the peanuts stalled. Clemont walked behind the table to see what was wrong.
Max joined him and asked "Something I can help with?"
Clemont answered "Not sure. There are plenty of peanuts. There's plenty of battery. I don't understand."
Max took a look and said "Oh, here." He reached out and turned a dial a couple of notches just before the peanuts were refilled again.
"Oh. Thanks!" Clemont said. He then extended his hand and said "I'm Clemont."
     "Max." Max shook his hand.
"Think you can help me double-check these other ones, too?"
     "Probably."
They went to the other refillers and started discussing how it worked and things they needed to check.
May was watching as this was taking place. Bonnie entered and stood by her as they both watched Max and Clemont converse.
"Do you have any idea what they're saying?" Bonnie said.
"Not a clue," May replied. She then looked at Bonnie and stuck out her hand and said "I'm May."
"I'm Bonnie," Bonnie said as she shook it. "That's my big brother, Clemont."
May chuckled and said "That's my little brother Max."
Bonnie looked at her curiously and then at Clemont. Bonnie looked back at May and said "You should go talk to him." Obviously, Bonnie wasn't done looking for a girlfriend for Clemont yet.
May could see that too, so she subtly asked "How come?"
"Just because." After a brief pause, Bonnie added "He's single, by the way!"
May was about to awkwardly reply, until she saw Bonnie's mouth being duct-taped shut. Clemont clearly heard everything, because they both turned to see that he had extended and operated his trusty Sister-Shut-Up-O-Matic. He nervously said "Sorry about that. My sister takes some getting used to."
Bonnie raised an eyebrow and looked at Clemont and tried (unsuccessfully due to the duct tape) to say "Really?"

A magenta-haired woman and blue-haired man danced with each other to a peaceful romantic song alongside everybody else in the crowd. They smiled peacefully as they looked into each other's eyes and then rested their foreheads against each other. Her arms were resting on his shoulders and his hands had reached around to her back. He then slid a hand to her front and stroked her protruding abdomen. But rather than get disgusted, she welcomed it.
Jessie at this point was six months pregnant with James' child. About a year back, the two had confessed their feelings for each other and married. This was just before Team Rocket had collapsed, so there had been massive layoffs, with Jessie being a victim due to her expecting a child and being unfit for active agent service. For James, being part of Team Rocket just wasn't the same without her. So James quit, and the two ran off with all their Pokemon, including their friend the smart-mouthed Meowth that had evolved into a Persian.
"It's nice to see the twerp get married too," Jessie started.
James replied "Yeah... Are you sure these disguises will work?"
"Of course. You and I are dressed differently and Meowth is a Persian."
     "But what about Wobbuffet?"
The two looked to the snack table. There were Persian and Wobbuffet getting cookies and mochi ice cream that Brock had made from scratch. Wobbuffet was wearing a suit and a wig, but it was still painfully obvious that he wasn't a human kid.
Persian said as he tried reaching for the mochi, "As much as I like being more powerful, it's kinda weird not being bipedal no more."
     "Wobbu. Wobbuffet."
Brock was dancing with Misty when he saw Persian trying to reach a paw above the table. He said "Hang on. I'll be right back."
"Alright," Misty replied as Brock walked over to the two Pokemon.
He grabbed a mochi and held it to Persian. "Here," he said. Persian smiled and ate it. "Hope you like it!" Brock added.
     Persian said "I do! Thanks!"
Brock froze. "Did you just... say something?"
Persian froze and said "Uh... Persian! Persian!"
Jessie and James noticed this and rushed over to Persian and Wobbuffet. Jessie started "Hi! You'll have to excuse our Persian."
James added "He has a habit of mimicking us sometimes."
Brock looked at the four of them and realized they all looked very familiar. "Wait a minute..."
Jessie and James looked at each other as if asking what to do now. Panicking, James said something desperate: "Professor Cactus!"
     Brock awkwardly said "Um... what?"
Jessie said "No, it's Professor Dandelion!"
     Brock said "Who's Professor Dandelion?"
     James started "Professor..."
     Persian muttered "Oi vey."
The four looked up to see Brock sitting in the corner in the fetal position moaning "That... name..."
Jessie smiled and said "Alright then! We'd better leave now."

That evening, Ash and Serena sat on the plane flying them to their honeymoon. Misty had sent Ash a text reassuring him that she would take good care of his Pokemon.
Serena quietly said "Do you think our kids will be Pokemon trainers?"
"Most likely," Ash said. "We're going to be raising them among our Pokemon, so I don't see why not."
"What about all the things that happened to us while we were training? Team Rocket, natural occurrences, Legendary Pokemon; Will our kids be okay?"
"Serena, we were some of only a handful of trainers who have experienced anything like all that. Besides, Team Rocket is gone and we'll tell our kids to stay away from Legendary Pokemon and stay in safe areas." Serena looked to the side thoughtfully before Ash brought his hand gently to her face and motioned her to face him. "It'll be alright," he concluded. He closed his eyes and pressed his lips against hers. Serena sighed as she closed her eyes and melted into his kiss.
Concerning the show; so far they have made a set of seasons for every version of the game ever released... except for the version we can download on our phones. So I have decided to make a fanfic about what it would be like if they did! Let me know in the comment section what you think!
